This is a summery anime drawing I did using clip studio paint, which I'm still kinda learning. This went through several changes throughout. It originally was a doodle that came from seeing this very dramatically shaded skin tone on twitter, so I decided to give that a try, then it began to resemble Near from Deathnote, so I started to take it that way for a bit, then finally I just made it an original character because I was struck with this summer vibe theme I wanted to go with. I did a lot of painting on this one which is just this very satisfying process on the artist's side. I really love blending the colors, it just appeals to my personal brand of autism.
